1955 Chevrolet Stepside Pickup

Fifteen years in the making, this heavily modified ’55 Chevrolet combines metallic gold paint and classic stepside styling with a serious drivetrain and extensive chassis work. Dyno-tuned to 560 horsepower, it’s backed by a TCI-built TH400 automatic and a Ford 9-inch rear end with 3.73 gears. Underneath, a 1978 Camaro front frame section is paired with Speedtech tubular control arms and front coilovers, while the rear frame has been notched and fitted with QA1 coilovers. Wilwood disc brakes handle stopping duties. Custom fuel-tank work, a one-off aluminum console and a neatly finished, body-colour engine bay carry the attention to detail throughout the build.
